After a significant makeover, very comfortable bed and furnishings, bath is up-to-date and clean (shower is alittle tricky - ask at desk), service is great, location has convenient restaurants, shopping, can walk to Carmike movies, offers hot breakfast and evening 'snacks' that could be dinner for a light eater. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Allows dogs for an extra charge. Very good value for moderate price.

It was an excellent location near the mall, the theater and many restaurants. The hotel is way past due for a makeover. It is very retro inside and it has old fixtures with cracked plaster. The restaurant has decent food, but poor service. They have screwed up my order more than once. The staff is reasonably friendly as long as you do not have a problem. If there were another Hilton Brand hotel in the immediate area I would stay there, but there is not.

This Hotel puts on a good front only, from the outside your pleased, that's where it ends.
The management is horrible, and whatever you do stay away from the nice looking restaurant as well, some of the working staff are really decent people and you can spot them by that I'm sorry look permanently skechted into their eyes.
And again , I do really want to stress this point, the restaurant , well let's just say that McDonald's has a dollar menu that won't leave psychological scars. I wouldn't even want to handle their food again, let alone put it in my mouth...!...!...!

From the first minute I arrived, the service was horrible.
The staff is incredibly rude and the room had mold seeping through the walls, no kidding! When I brought the mold to the hotel’s attention, they sarcastically told me there were other hotels around if I didn’t like the room. It was unbelievable!
Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, but I will never stay at another Hilton.

We asked 5 times for glasses, never got them. Went to the bar to get them ourselves. The room never got cleaned on our last full day there. We ran out of tissues and almost out of toilet paper and had to ask for them. The resturant was closed the...

I spent a lot of time here and, the friendly TN staff can overcome a lot of other problems. Overall - not bad. It could be cleaner but it is cleaner than my apartment. I liked the place and the staff is great. Check out the bar - Fanatics and give Rachael your worst pick up line. It was a good stay - all 8 nights.
