I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel room. I was also impressed with the comfort of the beds. This hotel was also very close to the highway and close to public transportation into New York City. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was good, a five minute walk to trains to New York, a large mall, and the riverfront. The rooms were great, but the staff is not knowledgeable and the food mediocre. The restaurant is frequented by friends and family of the staff so the service was not as quick or as friendly as expected.
Room keys were needed to use the elevators so no-one from outside could enter the floors. Also there was a parking attendant at all times.

I had a stressful evening the night I checked in and one call to the hotel assured me that my reservation would be held until I arrived. The gentleman I spoke to even made my arrangements for a car to get from the airport to the hotel.

My reservation wasn't as expected for the facilities and number of people. The staff made it okay. It's in a great location. My departure was marred by the staff calling expensive transportation to the airport rather than the expected cab.
The room was not ready. They made every effort to find a room to fit our family and were helpful in that.

It was very pleasant and attractive. The beds were much more comfortable than any other hotel I have stayed in over the years. They had a well set up library and computer room. It was exceptionally clean and the service was great. The food was very good and we all loved the sports oriented restaurant.
It was comfortable, the service was good, and I felt safe in the hotel and the room.
