It was in a great location. The Holidome area had potential but the pool and the air were both way too cold. We could not enjoy the pool because it was cold and the air conditioning was on so the area was cold and we shivered the entire time. The food was average. The hotel bar had a great atmosphere and we enjoyed it very much. They sent a sincere apology and coupons toward our next stay, which I was very happy with!

The hotel was a good value and it was exactly what we needed.
This hotel made me feel content: The front desk personnel made me feel comfortable. Their attitude and knowledge of the area were tremendous.

The manager was uncertain about rental products. We never received extra pillows, I had to go down to the desk three hours later to get them. Kids eat free? Not really, when there is a 15 percent gratuity. We like to tip on our own.
