75 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
One of the beds could use a new mattress it sloped toward the center. (the bed nearest the window) (room 303).
This hotel made me feel welcome: Greeted with a smile and a chocolate chip cookie.

They were an outstanding group of people and we were so pleased to be assigned to that hotel.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: They treated us like we were a guest in their home.

My reservation was not right. Need a non smoking area as am on oxyget. They had me in a smoking area and then gave me the only room left in non smoking. Then they couldn't find my oxygen set up that was delivered the day before. Took some panic and.
This hotel made me feel secure: I don't know, it just did! felt like when needed something. Someone would help if possible. Reassuring for a handicapped person.

Doubletree was a nice hotel... Not great... Not bad.. But expected better service when the toilet wouldn't work. The least felt they should have done was given me another room especially after it took them two days to get a maintenance man into my roo.
