Everything was fine except that I was unable to request wake-ups calls as no one answered the phone.

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. It's always my first choice of places to stay. It has a great, attentive staff, it's always clean, and it's close to the places I want and need to go.

I liked the friendly staff. But I disliked the slow checkout -- they were not very competent. The hotel had a poor restaurant menu and service. The bar was friendly. Parking facilities were too limited. There was an extra fee for Internet hookup.

The hotel is in a good location, but it's very expensive.

I thought that this was the best hotel in the area. It was very clean and had a very nice and helpful staff.

I liked the nice continental breakfast and the non-smoking rooms. They were clean and fresh smelling. They had a complimentary morning newspaper and HBO.

New staff gave us the wrong room key, so we walked in on someone else.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was easy to get to places we needed to go.

I liked their architect in most of the parts... And the staff is very polite, only thing is, sometimes they are not in primary locations..

It was a nice hotel. In a very nice area. Very clean! And the staff was very friendly.

They have the most amazing cookies that you can enjoy during your stay.

This hotel made me feel important: They have wonderful staff and accommodations.
