The staff did not speak good English. They were very hard to communicate with. The food was too expensive. We ran out of washcloths in our bathroom. Parking should have been included in the original price we paid. The escalator was broken. The check in desk was on the second floor; it was very hard to find.

I was very disappointed with the restaurant and service that I received.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff opened doors for me and brought extra towels without request.

Great place. I was irritated by the night desk person.

This hotel made me feel hip: It was awesome - having a rotating lounge on top with music almost every night.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They are efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable if you need information. I stayed there twice (different dates) in this poll period.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Roof top cafe, indoor swimming pool.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated everyone in my party very well. They were very nice to deal with and were very professional.

I was there for a conference and it was very nicely done. The cookies they give you at check-in are a nice touch.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were very clean and secure with coffee makers, with coffee, tea, cups and glasses provided. The beds were clean and comfortable.

We will visit that property again just for the view.

This hotel made me feel excited: The view from our window included all of Washington, D.C. and the Pentagon.

This hotel made me feel content: The cookie upon welcome; the huge room; the letter in my room welcoming me; the comfortable bed.

I was not informed of ongoing construction at this hotel at the time of reservation. My family and I were there for a military funeral, and the incessant noise did not help us to relax. Upon check-in, we were given keys to a room which had not had maid service.

This hotel made me feel secure: In a seedy neighborhood, there were quite a few employees outside the hotel in the evenings while waiting for cabs, etc. Also, the shuttle to and from the metro was nice.

The thermostat smoked and the heat worked in 30 second bursts every 10 minutes.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I had a two room suite with 2 TVs and a desk and couch in other room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Warm, courteous greeting upon arrival and with every contact with staff.

The first room was unacceptable (evidence of smoker, toilet broken, too close to service elevator, no phone on desk). They gave me a new room without argument.
