The staff was so nice and willing to change my room closer to the pool. I left two Make-up bags there and the staff mailed them to me. The gym is AWESOME there are TV's on every station. There is a bar that has two dance floors great place to hang out play pool, air hockey or listent to a live DJ.

40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It’s a good value with comfortable beds. The lock on the door would not open unless it was held at a certain angle and the maintenance worker made me feel as though I was incompetent for not being able to get the door to my room open. I have stayed at that same hotel many times and never had a problem before.
It was such a good value.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs-World Arena.

Horrible
Stayed here 1 night & will not go back again. The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up from airport. Staff was extremely rude. The rooms were a good size but furniture was outdated. There was mold in the room ceiling. Broken bath drain. There...

The room, the maid service and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The cable provided for in room internet service was bad and it led to problems with connectivity.
The room entry was via an interior door. That made me feel secure.
