This hotel is OK and in the nice part of Coconut Grove in Miami. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in a Doubletree hotel. The front desk has got no interest in helping and the restaurant staff is SO rude. Never again.

They have a friendly staff. I am a frequent traveler who is claustrophobic, so the room felt very tight to me. According to the staff, there was no upgrade available. There’s only one ice machine in the entire hotel located in the lobby. There was no hot tub.

to return to the Doubletree Hotel Coconut Grove.

The service was extra friendly and quick. It had great views of the water! It’s conveniently located.
I appreciated the extra quick bellboy service. We were addressed by name before identifying ourselves. I don't know how. We received a room upgrade without asking.
