Doubletree Hotel Coconut Grove

This hotel is OK and in the nice part of Coconut Grove in Miami. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in a Doubletree hotel. The front desk has got no interest in helping and the restaurant staff is SO rude. Never again.

The service was extra friendly and quick. It had great views of the water! It's conveniently located.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I appreciated the extra quick bellboy service. We were addressed by name before identifying ourselves. I don't know how. We received a room upgrade without asking.

They have a friendly staff. I am a frequent traveler who is claustrophobic, so the room felt very tight to me. According to the staff, there was no upgrade available. There's only one ice machine in the entire hotel located in the lobby. There was no hot tub.

I am a member of Hilton Honours and have been going to Hilton brands for years. Doubletree in the grove is located near many locations that I visit for business as well as pleasure. I have never been disappointed with Doubletree, even during recent renovations all was great. It's a great place to stay.

This hotel made me feel content: Doubletree has everything I need without going off the property. I know that everything will be as it should and there will be no unexpected surprises.

The DoubleTree Hotel in Coconut Grove is a boutique hotel in the heart of a trendy neighborhood. It overlooks the Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. From its location it is just a short walk to world class shopping and fine dining. The hotel has friendly staff. Don't forget to pick up your fresh chocolate chip cookies upon check in. The hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation and our room was clean and tidy. Their pool is small but it provides a good respite from the heat and humidity that Miami temperatures can bring.
