Two mornings in a row, I didn't receive my wake-up call. The front desk said they would personally call the second day to back up the automatic call but I didn't receive a call from either one--they compted me one move rental when I checked out.
The front desk staff was friendly and warm, as well as helpful.

I typically stay at the Summerfield Suites in Schaumburg, where I am treated very well and pampered! So this stay was a bit disappointing; but I still love Wyndham.

As a member of their Wyndham by Request club, I had a welcome beverage and snack in my room, and high-speed Internet access. When I walked up to the desk to check in, I just gave them my name, and was handed my room key. No forms or credit card was needed.
Had a good stay. Accomodations were very nice and the bed was very comfy. There was some mix up with the name the reservation was under (they had it under my maiden name) but all was figured out and there were no further problems...
