The hotel accommodations were ok. However, the restaurant service was horrible. The food was cold and we had to wait for forty five minutes for a simple bowl of soup and bread. My husband had to chase the waiter down to get more coffee and it was also cold. There were very few people in there, too. The food was overpriced for the quality and the quantity.

They have free high speed internet, and although it is wired in the guestroom and have wireless in the lobby and lounge, this is something I look for. The Marriott, Sheraton, Embassy Suites, and Hyatt all charge for it, while this Doubletree does not. It saves me at least 10 bucks a day!

It was under renovation, but quite convenient to the office. The staff members have been very kind and accommodating. The restaurant is still under renovation, but the hotel is a good place to stay if you have business in the Arlington Heights area.
