I booked 10 rooms for 22 family members over Thanksgiving (3 nights). I booked one handicap suite for my 88 year old Mother, in which we used the living area as a gathering spot. The staff made everything work! We threw them a dozen curve balls, which they fielded not with just a smile, but downright enthusiasm. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Not one complaint from 22 family members! Most said it was the best hotel in which they had ever stayed. Rooms were new and faultless, but it was the staff that made the trip a home run for all.

Excellent
I took a chance on this one for a business trip and it is a truly beautiful hotel. They have all of the things you want, and everything appears to be brand new - right down to the Wolfgang Puck coffee maker and coffee. I still can't believe the...

It seemed that everything in our room was too big for the space. The nightstands were turned sideways because they would not fit turned the correct direction. The bed was against the air conditioning unit with no space to walk between the two. ...

Good
Hotel was under renovations so the outside appearance could have been better. The rooms were nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Couldn't ask for a nicer staff. Can't wait till the renovations are done, the hotel will be super nice then.

you get what you pay for. The rooms smell very bad, which is something that I could have gotten over for $a night, but on the first night when we get in the bed to go to sleep, we hear something that sounds as if someone is coming through our door. Turns out there is someone coming through our door because the hotel gave our room to a another group along with our key codes and next thing you know there are other people in our room!! Then everytime we leave our room to sight see and we come back to get in our room, we can't because they kept deactivating our key cards!!!! Obviously not a safe place to stay considering you have a hotel staff that is giving up your room along with the keys and all they can say about is is oopps!! Spend the money and go down the street to the Hilton!!
I am not likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Chattanooga.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. The only good thing that I can say for them is that they have a great location. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the hotel is under major renovations and is dirty, loud and does not have a restaurant. My sister just got married in Chatanooga and we had a large group that stayed there and everyone had a bad experience. Please stay away until it is a Doubletree.

I liked the hotel. It had a very nice knowledgeable staff. I had to change rooms because the TV cable service was not working in one room. It was handled efficiently and courteously by the staff.
It had comfortable services and extras, such as room service. I did not have to pay for room service in room fees unless actually used.
I am very likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Chattanooga.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
If you want to stay, and play in the hotel you choose, then this is not the one at this time. They are under renovations and offer very little but the basic essentials. Beds were hard, carpet and ceilings were stained, comforters were old and worn,...
