58 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I stayed there because it was the closest to the airport and because I was catching a shuttle bus the next morning to Galveston to board a cruise ship.

This hotel made me feel important: Upon check in, I was given warm chocolate chip cookies. They were so good that we stopped by the desk on our way to our room for the night and they gave us more cookies without it seeming to be inconvenient.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Campbell Centre.
I might recommend it to friends.

They were doing repairs or remodeling and woke everyone up at six o'clock in the morning with the hammering noise.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Campbell Centre.
I might recommend it to friends.

They have a pleasant, friendly staff that did everything we asked of them. The hotel has a good location, close to downtown Dallas.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave us warm cookies upon check in. The bell captain was more than helpful storing our bags in a secure room. The manager checked with us for any concerns we might have.

I am very likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Campbell Centre.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
