Doubletree Hotel Bradley Airport

I always enjoy staying at the Double Tree Hotel in Windsor Locks CT. The staff is always helpful and friendly especially Adi. I like the fact that they have coffee available, in the morning, by the front desk and you have access to free computers with printers to check email or pass the time. The conference rooms are very adequate and the meals are awesome. Great Job !!

I was billed for a bottle of water that was never in the room. I alerted the desk clerk at check in that it was missing.

A quick 20 min ride down the freeway to downtown conference. Still need to send letter on a couple of 'minor' details (housekeeping items).

Got a great deal ($54/night) through William Shatner's favorite online name-your-own-price site. Was SHOCKED to hear an employee make a derogatory reference to the price I had paid vs. other guests when discussing the availability of the requested non-smoking room, as though paying less was somehow worthy of sub-level service. (A technical point of booking with said online deal-site that I did not understand fully at that time, but that certainly did not justify her remarks- which clearly indicated that somehow PL users weren't on equal ground with their other guests.)

That aside, the cookies are worth staying there, and so are the PILLOW TOP beds!!!
