44 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The service, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff were excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. It was just two blocks away from University of Alabama Birmingham Medical Center. The location was very convenient for those who were traveling there for medical reasons.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff was very helpful, polite, caring, knowledgeable and efficient.

I am very likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Birmingham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

23 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel was located very conveniently to the UAB campus. It had excellent room service all around. I stayed in a nice, comfortable room. It was an acceptable, enjoyable stay, but nothing extremely fancy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Birmingham.
I might recommend it to friends.

My stay was comfortable. The hotel had clean rooms and is located right in the UAB area. The restaurant was expensive but the food was good. There were other food options close by.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree Hotel Birmingham.
I might recommend it to friends.

Overall, the hotel was simply mediocre.
