There are some caring,fabulous,and honest employees working at Double Tree Hotel Atlanta N.Druid Hill. I was in town celebrating my 25th Wedding Anniversary and the staff made me feel like Royality. I was initially disappointing to get caught in some of Tornado paths ,of lightning, hail, heavy rain, and strong winds in route to my destination. After arriving ,there was no Bell hop to take our luggage and no cart to be found on none of the eight floors we checkedfloors. The hotel lobby and hallways were dim, but I felt that the weather may had contributed to that problem. The Front Desk staff was pleasant, and the friendly, courteous , and honest staff in the dining room, and the House Keeping Department made the Sun shine throughout the Hotel. The kitchen staff fixed the Creamy Hot Grits that I could not live without, and my special omlet for breakfast. Our Waiter on Saturday and Sunday morning, 3-14--15-08, treated us like Royality, and made sure we had directions to further enjoy our anniversary in Atlanta, with the assistance of the Front Desk staff. It was such a pretty,warm,and bright Sunday, when we checked out, I didn't know I had left my Black Cape in my room closet. The courteous, and honest Housekeeper who answered my call on that Monday, 3-17-08, found my cape and called me back promptly, and told me the Housekeeper would have th Hotel staff to mail my cape to me. Surely, within48 hours I had my Black Cape at home in Augusta. My heart goes out to The Double Tree Staff from the staff at Headquarters Hospitality Department for making the arrangement to make this Anniversary possible, and all the happy smiling staff at Doubletree Hotel
