Doubletree Hotel Arlington Heights

The hotel accommodations were ok. However, the restaurant service was horrible. The food was cold and we had to wait for forty five minutes for a simple bowl of soup and bread. My husband had to chase the waiter down to get more coffee and it was also cold. There were very few people in there, too. The food was overpriced for the quality and the quantity.

The hotel has a great location for sightseeing, it is not hard to get a taxi and the hotel is in excellent shape. The rooms are more than adequate.

This place was great! The location, the staff and the facilities were just awesome.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel was nice and the location was easy to get to. The room was not ready when we arrived. We would stay there again.

I am a regular visitor. The staff, the location, and the service have been quite good.
