We almost always choose Doubletree as part of the Hilton honors program. We just moved to Nevada from California and I make frequent trips back to south Ca.
This hotel made me feel important: The staff responded to us by the name and quickly responded to a request for additional resources in our room.

It was very, very nice. I was delighted to get such a nice hotel at such a good price. I never tried hotwire before, and I was pleasantly surprised.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I was impressed by the staff giving me warm cookies at check in, and by giving me a complementary breakfast for the length of stay since they could not accommodate our request of room type.
