Okay
The phone didn't work and we were charged for phone calls that we couldn't make. The front desk did remove them after a short discussion. The staff was very polite and the hotel was conveniently located near the convention center. They did send a...

When I checked in it took the blonde manager and her friend about 10 minutes to notice me. When I was finally checked in the room smelled and I called down to see if I could change, same lady answered the phone and told me I was "out of Luck" we are ...

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I require handicapped accessible
bathroom, which was quite satisfactory. The hotel was being renovated at the time of my visit, but the staff, especially the restaurant staff, made the situation
as painless as possible. I will definitely return on my next trip to ABQ. My only complaint is that the bed is exceptionally high, which I find strange in a handicapped accessible room.

The hotel was outdated and the rooms were not clean. The room service and the restaurant were unreliable and the food was substandard. There was a flood in the hotel and the staff response was very poor. We had to move out of the hotel for our safety which was very inconvenient.
I am not likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Albuquerque.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The Doubletree hotel offered a Halloween party package for local young adults in the city. The party became out of control for the entire night. I caution other tourists to find out if the hotel they are staying at is offering the same type of situation.
I am not likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Albuquerque.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We were there for a military conference. The staff went out of their way to assist our disabled attendees when getting from the hotel to the conference site and transportation became a problem.
They treated all military attendees with respect. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.
I am very likely
to return to the Doubletree Hotel Albuquerque.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
