We were there for a military conference. The staff went out of their way to assist our disabled attendees when getting from the hotel to the conference site and transportation became a problem.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated all military attendees with respect. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.

They always show the desire to satisfy the customer.

I expected something more upscale than I got. The staff was great. The food was unremarkable. Smokers should expect lower floors.

- There was no fridge in the room

- There was no microwave in the room

- The rooms seem run down

I really enjoyed my stay. The service was wonderful. I called down for extra towels and the housekeeper lady was there within minutes.

The hotel has a great location, close to downtown. It is convenient to the shuttle for shopping.

The hotel's location was good for the reason I was there. The room was comfortable. It's a good place to stay if one is going to the downtown area.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to Old Town. I liked the very good service at the bar and restaurants.

I found ants in my bathtup on the 15th floor. The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were small. My air conditioner rattled all night. Parking was an additional 9 dollars every day.

The staff was excellent and attentive. Everyone treated me extremely well.

I should have stayed at a Motel 6, at least then would have had the same service and cleanliness (if not better! ) that I received at Doubletree at more than half the price. My room was disgusting, there was gum stuck to the wall, and dirt in the corners.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: the person at desk was very concerned over an error made in booking and was quick to correct it. We were with a tour group and our luggage was taken care of promptly and correctly.

It was an excellent stay, and a great value.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because of the friendly attitude from everyone we met.
