My son had his wedding and reception there. Everything went smoothly and the hotel was lovely.

They offer good weekend specials, that is why we go there.

This hotel is very conveniently located but in a nice quiet area. Their weekend rates are always about the best in the area.

I stayed here for the long Thanksgiving weekend, and I will definitely come back the next time I visit family in Bedford. They have clean rooms with an exceptional appearance around the hotel.

The Bedford Renaissance is a wonderful hotel that is easily accessible and has a great price. The location is very convenient to the malls and dining. It's also close to the major highways in the area, but not close enough to have traffic or noise issues.

This hotel is the perfect location for visiting relatives. They have a great and friendly staff, as well as a great breakfast buffet.

I have been going to this hotel for a number of years and have never had a problem. The service is great and the employees are great.

The gift shop/cafe was never open when it was supposed to be. Hours were posted daily, but each time we tried to visit, it was closed. During check out, I mentioned to the front desk staff that something had been lost in the hotel (iPod charger). Along with housekeeping, they successfully helped find it and returned it to my daughter. They were very accommodating. The beds and pillows were much more comfortable than expected, including the rollaway bed. he pool was nice, but too crowded. However, the overall facilities were wonderful. It was an exceptional value for a holiday weekend (we paid just $69/night).

The front desk staff was very professional. But housekeeping and room service staff both need improvement as my room had some dirty items and room service missed some ordered items on the first delivery.

I stayed there in conjunction with a wedding.

For the Boston area, we always use Marriott.com, and pick the Marriott-brand hotel with the best rates for the nights we wish to be in the Boston area. All Marriott brand hotels that we have stayed in are excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They let my wife rest all day Saturday while she was fighting a bad cold she suddenly came down with.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, and check-in went very quickly.
