It was a great visit. The staff was very helpful and considerate.
The Doubletree treated our group of 15 with respect during the whole 5-day stay. The staff was courteous, considerate, helpful, and certainly respectful. They would do what they could to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Check-in was very difficult. There was no doorman and no obvious entrance along Broadway. We had to drive around the block 3 times until finally, one of us got out and went in to get a doorman, who was inside chatting.
