My family stays at this hotel annually after a trip to a local pumpkin patch.

This year we were horrified to awake to bloody bed linens and dead bugs in our beds!! After finding those; we saw them crawling out from behind the headboards, on the nightstand.....it was AWFUL!!

Myself and two young children are still suffering from the HUNDREDS of bites that we encountered at our stay almost 3 weeks ago.

This was a huge disappointment as we had always liked our stay because of the large warm pool area.

I really enjoyed the cookies, that was more than I expected. It was a very pleasant hotel but the trip was very busy so I was barely able to enjoy.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was nice and the room was cozy. Also it was close to the airport.

I am very likely to return to the Doubletree Guest Suites Omaha.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I enjoyed it very much. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I got a hot cookie on arrival. I received the daily paper.

The location seemed to be in an older part of town and I would have preferred nicer part of town. Our hotel room was a little too warm and we tried to cool it down but it was still not very cool and this was in May.

The location, the comfort and the service were just fine. Everyone had a great attitude, the rooms were perfect and it met all expectations.

It was wonderful. The only thing which caught me by surprise was that due to the Priceline bid the price did not include the morning breakfast. It was still a great value, but I was surprised.

They had the most comfortable bed I ever slept in at a hotel. I loved the warm cookie on arrival, it added a little personal touch.

This hotel made me feel content: When my luggage did not arrive with me at the airport, I told the hotel desk it would be arriving from the airport sometime later, and told them I would bring it to my room when I returned from dinner. When I returned they told me it had come and they had already brought it to my room, and asked if there was anything else they could do for me.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. My luggage arrived late from airport and when I returned from dinner, it had been placed in my room even though I told them I would be more than happy to bring it up myself.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathtub drain was barely working. I was standing in water over my ankles as showered, which found to be quite disgusting. Nice facility, but obviously used and abused, without a lot of maintenance.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because of just the building itself. The rooms open into an atrium, which I liked. When the person traveling with me locked herself out of her room, and attempted to obtain another key for her, they insisted that she personally come to the front desk.
