This hotel is in a great location, a good value for New York City.

The unrenovated rooms are very dirty and unkempt. The hallways stayed dirty with leftover room service trays for two days, and the requests for a clean up did nothing. They charge too much for the quality of service.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Times Square. It's very secure, has courteous staff, and large rooms for NYC.

Was traveling with a group of children and the staff seemed annoyed by that. We paid $329.00 per night and had trouble getting an adequate number of towels for our room. But the location was great and I appreciate the security measures taken in the lobby.

It was very convenient to the theater, restaurants, shopping and sights. The hotel sits in a vibrant but somewhat noisy Times Square location. The rooms are all suites -- very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I was happy that they found us a room with a high-speed Internet connection. But we did have to change rooms until they let us test the connection in several rooms before we found one working so that we didn't have to keep changing rooms. But I felt that since they were aware of the problem before we even arrived, they should have told us upfront so that we could change hotels if we needed the high speed Internet service. We were only looking at hotels that offered high speed Internet service as this was an important need for us.

We had a problem where construction was being performed on the floor above our room. We called the front desk and at first they said there's no way they were doing construction. Then they called back and assured us it wouldn't happen again and credited our room for the night.
