I loved the Doubletree. My room was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Times Square view is well worth the money and second to none. It's conveniently located right in the heart of the action. It's highly recommended.

I love this hotel, but its prices have more than tripled in the last two years. I feel that I am being priced out.

It's in the perfect spot, right in the middle of Times Square. I love the fact that not just anyone can get into the hotel, you have to show you room key to get in. The staff was very friendly and they offer you hot cookies at check in. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It's a great location but the rooms were not very inviting and showed their age. The lobby security was excellent, but the hotel restaurant and bar was small and the food was just average.

The location was great, however I wouldn't advise anyone to bring a car. The hotel was comfortable. I was surprised that the hotel charged a daily fee for internet connectivity considering the daily hotel rate was high enough.

My employer spends a lot of money each year to hold employment interviews at this hotel. For the first time in several years, I and my colleague were not allowed to check in in the afternoon before the event and we were told we had to wait until seven o'clock in the evening. We had a business reception to attend earlier and no accommodations for us to change or freshen up were made, except an offer to check in our luggage. The staff was inflexible, unaccommodating and unsympathetic. We were told to change in the hall bathrooms. Also, I sent myself an overnight box with the supplies I needed for the next day and they never notified me that it had arrived. I asked them to look for it, and it was half past ten o'clock in the evening before it was found.

It's in a fabulous, convenient location. The only problem is with the valet upon check-in. we've stayed there several times and every time we've had to drive around the block more than once while one of us gets out of the car to find a bellman or valet. Otherwise, it's great. Also, they are not sensitive to down allergies, they have very few foam pillows in the entire hotel.

The location was great, right near Times Square. However, I was not pleased with the security check in procedure each time I returned to the hotel. It was very inconsistent.

The location was great! The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful! I did have a problem with baggage handlers when leaving the hotel. This hotel was very expensive, we tipped one guy who passed us off to another, and the second man expected a tip too. I found the behavior extremely rude. Had I known there would be two baggage handlers from the baggage check area to the front street, the guy who hailed our cab, I would have split the tip. The total tip was approximately twenty dollars for all of our bags; seven bags total.

It is in the middle of the tourist neighborhood, not in a business area.

It was a great stay. They have good security and clean rooms. There was great service even though there was a transportation strike. I definitely would stay there again. It's in a great location right across from the TIXX and close to restaurants and stores.
