Doubletree Guest Suites Galleria Hotel

This hotel is now the Gallery One Double Tree. My stay was fine, but it is a bit of a hike if you want to go to the beach. The hotel has recently undergone a renovation. Most of the rooms have a balcony in them. The staff was somewhat helpful. The pool was average.

Excellent renovated rooms, still kink. Renovated rooms are excellent although there are frequent glitches like poorly working A/C. Maybe because of the many changes that have taken place, or maybe because of a non attentive management, procedures are sometimes not smooth nor thought through. Rates are very high for a hotel that is under construction.

Any Doubletree we have previously stayed at has been a memorable experience. That is why we normally look for this brand of hotel.
