Doubletree Guest Suites Dana Point Hotel

This hotel was nothing special. I have stayed at many hotels in the area and decided to try the Dana Point Doubletree for a change even though I couldnt believe they charge for parking. I mean who does that now? Finer hotels maybe, but this was not one of them. The room (which I was told had all been upgraded) had dirty carpet with cigarette burns and a filthy sofa with stains. The bathroom was attractive with nice ameneties and the warm cookies were great but not enough to bring me back. Not worth the money at all. You may want to check other local hotels before wasting your money here.

This hotel is a nice place to stay, the only thing is getting back onto the North Pacific Highway is a little confusing at first.

The newly renovated rooms were gorgeous. But upon arrival, I saw there were several white powder marks on the floor. The vent in the bathroom made a horrible noise too.

Doubletree Guest Suites was great.
