I liked everything except the lighting near the sink. It was so poor that it was hard to shave.

46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the comfort of the room, the quality of the beds and bedding. The brand of the bath toiletries was one of my favorites. It all seemed very high quality. We also enjoyed the pool, and the fitness facility. It wasn't too crowded, and the equipment was familiar and easy to use. It was a wonderful stay for my family.
This hotel made me feel secure: There were security locks for the external doors that could only be entered by room key. There was a dead bolt lock on the room door.

They have very nice suites and good value for the price paid. However, it was more like a Marriott Courtyard than the high-rise Doubletrees I am use to.

This hotel is in a great location easy access to Indianapolis and Carmel right in the middle. The staff is very accommodating and makes you feel welcome and important to them. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable and the pool and fitness area very clean. The warm cookies at check in are really good also! I would highly recommend this hotel, and the price is right!

19 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is in a great location, right off the main road, between highway and downtown. I liked the very clean room; it looked ritzy and comfortable, and welcoming.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Although the way the room was set up seemed a little fancy, it made me feel welcome and important. I felt sophisticated because the hotel obviously cared that I was there and that I was someone special.

66 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Lighting in the room was sub par. I'm 66 years old and had trouble using the sink/bathroom area. I can't believe that the savings from low-wattage bulbs justifies the poor lighting. It definitely creates a 'cheap' room atmosphere.

Their website said they had no pool; I showed up and there was a pool.
