I have never stayed at a Doubletree so i was not sure what to expect. The pictures online portrayed the type of hotel that i am accustomed to and the price was great so I went with it...I am so glad I did. The hotel was pristine and super clean. The staff are professional, helpful, and very friendly. The room was much more acommodating than I expected and beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing...better than my own! The only blemish on my experience was having to pay for parking but this might be a city ordinance. Also, I would suggest upgrading the TV's in the room to flat panel screens...other than that I will definately stay there again and recommend this hotel.

This is a great place for vacationers with modest budgets who want to upgrade a little bit. From the minute we checked in, the staff was extremely friendly & professional. Very family friendly environment. The rooms were nice & clean, perfectly sized - plenty of move around room, beds & bedding that were comfortable & the bathroom was nice & large.
Our room had an excellent view & we had perfect view of the Disneyland fireworks show.
Every 30 minutes, The shuttle for Disneyland picks you up & drops you off at the front door.
We enjoyed our meals at the Agio Ristorante & felt the prices were very reasonable.
I would most definitely stay here again, & would recommend it to everyone. I don't normally write reviews but I felt our stay in this hotel was so superior that I should share it with others.

It had excellent service and excellent staffing. Nothing could have been better.
The staff was respectful in all of our dealings with them. All encounters with the staff from the housekeepers thru the day or night managers were more than professional.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are great. The staff brought in a fridge for my wife to keep her meds in.
The only real problem we had was having people parking in the lined space between the disabled parking (was not a parking area). This made it difficult for my wife to get in and out of the car. People would park there to be close to the entrance of the hotel, and security did not do anything about it. The hotel did refund the full parking fee of the stay for the inconvenience, though.
We hope to stay there again, this was my third stay there.

This is a great and new family hotel, but be aware that it is at least a mile from the gates of Disneyland. It’s still walkable for most, but it’s not a short stroll.
