37 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

What a dump! Horrible neighborhood...worse staff. Filthy rooms, lousy restaurant. Even for a Hilton Honors member getting a free room I over paid.

The air conditioning unit did not work. It was smelly and noisy.

I am not likely to return to the Doubletree Grand Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

67 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The location was excellent. Check in was inefficient. The maid service was a little too late. I would not recommend this hotel because of the service we received.

I am not likely to return to the Doubletree Grand Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree Grand Hotel.
