I've been in many hilton family hotels but this is one of the worst.
Elevator weren't functioning properly, bath robe wasn't there in executive room. I couldn't reach no front desk via room phone. (line was just busy...

Mediocre
Bad experience. We booked four nights. Upon arrival clerk took credit card, checked us in then told us that our room had no water but we could us the the exercise room to toilet and shower. Air conditioning didnot work 2 out of 4 days of our stay ...
40 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
It was nicer than I expected, with nice features. I was annoyed that there were charges for using the small business center and the charges were substantial. This service should be free. The breakfast service was slow.

to return to the Doubletree Fort Lee/George Washington Bridge.

don't book ur function here. JOSE,the banquet mgr, is very rude and of no help. he'll cut ur function an hour less. if u try to asked him why, he'll charged u $15.00/per head more. if ur willing to wait 1-2 hrs. for shuttle service for...
