Terribly!
It was outrage. I got rob in my own hotel room that was closed, last day of my stay. When I came back the door was open and I saw lady that was cleaning room, so I thought before entering it’s ok cause she is cleaning , but when I entrée there was nothing, no bag(like carry on),and all my things was missing(my wallet, i pods, airline tickets and etc.) . I ask lady did she saw by bag and she said no I just opened the room and there was nothing. Come on!!! I was interrogated by the staff of the hotel, Instead of calling police write away and finding the thief !!!
After 1h of interrogating me they called police and detectives, but let’s face it in 1h everybody could take out that bag, because cleaning staff they have there own entrants to hotel!!!
What was most surprising is that hotel Doubletree one of family hotels of HILTON didn’t have cameras in hole. They only had in elevators. Even motel next to them have cameras!!! And they didn’t even want to take any responsibility, they said it’s not our job to keep safe your personal things!!!
I think that is organized crime in hotel Doubletree staff! And I would never ever nobody recommend to stay there.
They should be ashamed to be part of family hotels HILTON!!!

Elevator weren't functioning properly, bath robe wasn't there in executive room. I couldn't reach no front desk via room phone. (line was just busy...

Mediocre
Bad experience. We booked four nights. Upon arrival clerk took credit card, checked us in then told us that our room had no water but we could us the the exercise room to toilet and shower. Air conditioning didnot work 2 out of 4 days of our stay ...

It was nicer than I expected, with nice features. I was annoyed that there were charges for using the small business center and the charges were substantial. This service should be free. The breakfast service was slow.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Doubletree Fort Lee/George Washington Bridge.
I might recommend it to friends.
