Amazing

Best Hotel in Town

I am amazed. I stayed at the new DoubleTree Hotel in Syracuse and I was amazed. I found the staff delightful and the way the treated me like family. frank the van driver knew everything about Syracuse. I checked out all the hotels and by far the best hotel in Syracuse!!! Overall a great TEAM!!

The location was perfect for business. The hotel had all the conveniences I needed except for internet connection as they had wireless service only.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Doubletree East Syracuse.
I might recommend it to friends.

36 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel had many groups with young children staying the night I was there. The children were unsupervised and they ran through the hotel and the courtyard well into the evening. Both pools had twenty kids in each with no adult supervision. The hotel staff did not resolve the problem.

I am not likely to return to the Doubletree East Syracuse.
I might recommend it to friends.

57 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Excellent value for your dollar. Nice facility and helpful staff. Great amenities including free parking when taking air travel with shuttle services to/from the airport.

I am very likely to return to the Doubletree East Syracuse.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
