Doubletree Club Los Angeles Airport LAX Hotel

Previously, this is the ONLY hotel we felt comfortable in near LAX. However, they remodeled a couple of years ago, and have become much snootier and less friendly.

They are quite parsimonious with the Diamond room upgrades, and their shuttle is slower than most.

However, the property is clean, comfortable, quiet and well located. It is in a business area with supermarkets and other amenities nearby.

There was a room held for very late check in. There was quick check in. Parking was difficult.

Good Hotel for a decent price. This hotel made me feel comfortable. Nice, safe location. Breakfast is not complimentary, which is a bummer, even drinking water in the room is at a cost. There are no water jugs in the room. Parking is free, which saves some money. Free internet access in the common area close to the lobby. Rooms are good. Staff is courteous. There is a McDonalds closeby!! Overall I am quite satisfied with my stay. I would stay here again.

It was as expected from the chain of this standard. All was ok, with nothing fancy.

It was easy to get to the airport from there. The room was comfortable.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The rooms were very nice and so were the bathrooms.
