Doubletree Club Boston Bayside Hotel

In the same complex as the Bayside Expo Center, this hotel is designed with both business and leisure travelers in mind. It has a business center as well as free wifi in the lobby, but in-room wifi is $9.95 for 24 hours. Au Bon Pain restaurant is open from 6 AM to 11 AM, and breakfast is served in the hotel from 6 AM to 11 AM. There is a small fitness center but no pool. A shuttle runs from the hotel to Logan on the half-hour, and pickup from the airport is available 24 hours a day upon request. The JFK/UMass Red Line "T" stop is across the street for access to downtown Boston, Cambridge and all the sightseeing, shopping and dining in both cities.

The room was labeled as a suite but was just one room and I would prefer two. It was nice to have Au Bon Pain in the hotel lobby.

Doubletree Bayside was an exceptional stay. It's close to the train and has an excellent staff. It has a great in-house restaurant, bar, and general staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: All of the staff was extra helpful and the price was very reasonable.

It's a great location, a good value, and has a free shuttle to downtown. It is in a clean and quiet location. I would recommend it for visitors to Boston.
