We're improving. We are repainting the exterior of our building between August 25th and November 28, 2003. The work is done between 9am and 6pm Monday thru Friday. I travel for business, therefore, have stayed in hundreds of hotels from low to high end. I have stayed at the Doubletree twice and have to say that from a service standpoint this is probably one of if not the best. Everything is done to perfection!! Other than that the hotel is nice, beach is nice, and rooms are comfortable with a nice ocean view. Also, there are a couple of decent restaurants (Conch Republic) within walking distance.

We had been staying at the North Redington Hilton every year for the last fifteen years. We just loved it there. The service was wonderful, as were the rooms and gulf view.
It was wonderful just to be there. The hotel was comfortable and decorated very nicely.

The hotel is a very nice place to spend a few days; I liked the great location and good service, but I would have not expected any less from a Hilton hotel. Too bad the trip was spoiled when we discovered that room service personnel thought it appropriate to add the tip themselves on the sales receipt after delivering food to the room. Watch out for that; I'm not sure if it was a one-time happening or if it is routine at this place. We did make the general manager aware of the situation.
