Doubletree Bay City Riverfront Hotel

The staff at the Doubletree did all they could to make our conference a 10! There were a couple of small glitches, but they worked hard to make up for them in other areas. They were on top of things when we asked or needed to make small changes to our schedule.

From Front desk to clean up to management, they all were exceptional! I would highly recommend the Doubletree to friends, family and other business associates.

I felt pampered in my room.

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times in the past. Generally speaking, it is a comfortable, fairly new facility that offers a variety of options that are helpful, including excellent internet availability and it is within easy walking distance to several different kinds of restaurants as well as being located right on the river which gives it a very pleasant setting. The hotel staff is friendly and it is apparent that they are trained to deal with even difficult customers in a very friendly manner.

It was a nice and very clean hotel. We had problems with the management treating our groups hostess very rudely.

They have a very nice staff. I loved it.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was always polite and ready to assist.
