Doubletree Hotel

I wanted to stay at another facility but my husband convinced me to book at the Doubletree Coconut Grove saying "You can never go wrong with the Doubletree." Boy was he eating his words!

The employees are rude and unhelpful; the restaurant is tiny and unappealing. There are small rooms, and teenagers banging on our door and screaming in the halls all night long. This was supposed to be The Grove, a ritzy area. When I complained to the front desk I was told "that's just how we do things here." We'll never stay at a Doubletree Hotel again. We received better treatment at the Days Inn and we didn't even stay there.
