my husband and I go on the charter flights almost every month of the year to Riverside hotel and casino..We feel so at home there..the staff is totally wonderful to us..Our rep.Jim is fantastic...He always is there to greet us and tend to anything...

We've been there several times and enjoy it. Food is adequate to good. A little smokey in casino for us non-smokers, even in non-smoking area. Main concern is not knowing what to expect when we get there for a room. We're told one thing...

64 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I have been going to Laughlin since it was no more than a post office, restaurant and small casino. I just went to enjoy the fourth of July fireworks show on the river. I have now found that I am no longer welcome there when I want to go to a restaurant. I was quiet and polite and did not voice my oppinion, but from now on I will go somewhere else for my vacation. I would also urge all other smokers to avoid Laughlin's restaurants. If they don't want us, we can always go somewhere else.

We have been eating at the Prime Rib Room for 6 years and have never really enjoyed it so much as now "Eddie" the manager is so friendly and so upbeat he is always so visible and also so very concerned at folks having a good time .
We had my sisters 60th anniversary party there and Eddie had his group over sang to them and made my sister and Brother in law feel so very special and I paid for everyones dinner and found it more than reasonable. Thank you Don for hiring such a terrific person to make our experiences so great. Its a pleasure eating there and we do often. Kay and Bob Wertman
