female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Pet area of hotel smelled like a dog pound. Our room was out dated, very worn looking and in need of repair. It also smelled like dog urine - yuk! No Hair dryer! Just paid too much for what we got. Then to top it off, our credit card was overcharged. After a phone call they said they would refund the overcharged amount, but they were not nice about it and did not even apoligize for the mistake. Would never stay there again.
my husband and I go on the charter flights almost every month of the year to Riverside hotel and casino..We feel so at home there..the staff is totally wonderful to us..Our rep.Jim is fantastic...He always is there to greet us and tend to anything...
Would like rooms near first timers we bring.

We've been there several times and enjoy it. Food is adequate to good. A little smokey in casino for us non-smokers, even in non-smoking area. Main concern is not knowing what to expect when we get there for a room. We're told one thing...

64 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I have been going to Laughlin since it was no more than a post office, restaurant and small casino. I just went to enjoy the fourth of July fireworks show on the river. I have now found that I am no longer welcome there when I want to go to a restaurant. I was quiet and polite and did not voice my oppinion, but from now on I will go somewhere else for my vacation. I would also urge all other smokers to avoid Laughlin's restaurants. If they don't want us, we can always go somewhere else.
