It was really great, my girlfriend's mom works there, that is how we got in so cheap. We had a blast, I wish the whole world could be like Disney!

This hotel made me feel elegant: I liked it because of all the nice people around me.

I didn't realize that all of the rooms didn't have daybeds and we were counting on that, so we were a little disappointed with the room assigned. We had to wait an extraordinarily long time for a bus to the MK--it made us late for dinner.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person greeted us very enthusiastically and spent a great deal of time with us discussing current events at the resort and around, finding just the right room for us, etc.

Walt Disney World Hotels are always above and beyond in what they provide to customers.

Our stay at the WDW Yacht Club Resort was disappointing, not up to our prior experiences there. There were plenty of mechanical problems at the facility and room, and seemed to reflect cost-cutting and lower staffing levels. The staff was tired, less friendly than on prior visits.

As always, the Disney properties were beautiful and exquisitely maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful with all questions, problems or needs.

This hotel made me feel secure: They have good security measures and a high number of staff on the premises.

The Vacation Club Villas were fantastic. What a great way to stay with a larger family (8 adults). It was a wonderful visit.

This hotel made me feel excited: There was so much to do, see, and explore and it is so great to be in such a happy, relaxed place and be on vacation.

I was disturbed daily by the maintenance truck outside my room. In the last two days, we were unable to open the patio door due to smoking by next room guests. It was difficult for the children to get towels at the pool.

I recommend them to everyone and already have my 2004 trip booked.
