The resort is close to all the attractions and it supplies transportation to all the attractions. The rooms are large and modern.

This hotel made me feel secure: There are security guards at the entrance to the resort and you need card keys to enter the rooms.

The room was superior. The beds were very comfy, especially after staying out in the park for the late hours!

The pool was great, the kids loved the slide. The food was the best part. My daughter has celiac disease (can't have wheat) and the chef made her special food and then served it himself so he could see her reaction when she saw it. He was awesome!

The Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa was quite possibly the best resort I have ever stayed at. Everyone was so friendly and happy. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: The Disney Vacation Club staff is always around the corner willing to help. They never leave you for another guest, making you feel like you are the only one that matters in the whole resort.

It was a great hotel all around, beautiful and well staffed. The bus service to the parks was great six out of the seven days we were there. One day we had to wait a long time for the bus. The cafe was good, but it could get very crowded for breakfast.

We stayed at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort in a studio room. It is a wonderful, luxurious resort that gives all of the fantastic service Disney is famous for, yet provides a quiet relaxed respite from the hectic nature of the parks. The rooms are elegant. The Artist's Palette counter service restaurant serves excellent food. The High Rock Spring pool is wonderful, and there are other quiet pools and hot tubs scattered around the resort. The buildings are spread out, but this only adds to the quiet, relaxing nature of the resort. Internal resort shuttles are available. Saratoga Springs is right across the water from the downtown Disney area and is a convenient walk to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Disney.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The Saratoga Springs Resort is a deluxe Disney Vacation Club property. The furnishings are superb and very upscale. The service, from check-in to departure, is excellent. The resort amenities, including the pools and restaurant, are first class.

It was the best place to stay for us. They do everything you can imagine to make your stay the best it can be.

If you want to feel special and important as well as pampered, stay at this hotel. You will feel that Disney magic everywhere you turn!

My wife and I have become tremendous Disney resort fans over the last decade. We have stayed at nearly every resort on the Florida property, most of them several times, and have always been impressed with the value, the cleanliness, and the staff, who are informative, friendly, and efficient. In this hotel we stayed in a one bedroom, which was very new, very clean, and very spacious. Without question, we will return.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The happy, friendly staff made us feel most wanted. From being greeted at the lobby with a greeting to how the desk staff thanked us by name when checking in. No one was ever rude, brusque, harried, annoyed, or even the least bit disrespectful.

They offer spacious and comfortable accommodations. The very friendly staff provides welcoming atmosphere. The fast food restaurant could provide more down to earth fares, but the selection of cook-in-room foods is good.

Having never stayed there before, I thought it might be a bit stuffy but found it to be very nice and relaxing and not stuffy at all. The room service came at exactly eleven to clean the room, and made us leave immediately. They weren't friendly about it either, and wouldn't leave until we did.

This is a fine hotel which will enhance your stay at Walt Disney World. It's within walking distance to Downtown Disney, Saratoga Springs, and offers every luxury for a decent price.
