It was a very nice resort. The staff was very courteous, and the grounds were immaculate. The transportation to and from the theme parks was timely and convenient.

The staff was unfriendly and not the least bit knowledgeable -- most did not even speak English very well. I recommend that other tourists not visit this hotel unless they are fluent in Spanish.

There was nothing about this hotel that I or anyone in my family did not like.

I loved the seclusion of the rooms at the back of the property. I loved the bayou-swampy feel of the property. I didn't mind having to walk to the back of the property except when I had luggage. The rooms and furniture were much nicer than I expected for the price of the rooms. There were only a couple things I didn't like. One of which was the way the sinks were set up with only a curtain to separate them from the rest of the room and the sink area didn't have enough storage room. The other was that the property didn't have a gym. The only other negative was the hotel restaurant, which was loud and the food was mediocre. The grounds were beautifully kept and I loved the peace and quiet they provided. This hotel is a great value for the price. I didn't have children with me, and someone with kids might prefer the hustle and bustle of a less reserved property where you don't have to walk as much. I thought it was beautiful.

This hotel made me feel respected: As someone without kids who was at Disney for a business conference, rather than for entertainment, I was pleasantly surprised. To me there's nothing more rude than a lot of loud obnoxious people with children all in one small area, and this property was so large and quiet it was a great experience.

It was a wonderful resort for families. The room was large and all amenities were there.

It has a great atmosphere, but too much walking is required.

It was a nice resort -- a bit costly for what you get, but still very nice. The rooms were clean and of average size. The beds were comfortable. We had a family of five, so it was our only choice in the moderate resorts. We would stay there again.

As usual, our stay was wonderful. We visit almost bi-monthly and have never had less than a lovely time.

I have stayed at Walt Disney World Resorts roughly three times per year for the last 25 years. Service has been excellent, most of the restaurants are superb in the parks or hotels, and all personnel have been helpful and pleasant. I could not give a better rating than as expected because I expect the best at Disney and get it.

All was very good and I will return.

The room was clean and the maid service was outstanding. But the room walls were paper thin and we could hear a crying baby every night. We called, but they told us they would move our room after we were all situated.

The location of the Port Orleans hotel is very convenient to the parks. I found it very comfortable and the service was good. I was disappointed that the hotel bar was closed on Sunday when my family and I wanted to watch football. Also, there was rarely adequate staff working in the gift shop so lines were extremely long. Other than that, the hotel was great and I would recommend it to others.

It's a nice hotel with plenty of amenities and options for getting around to the parks and other attractions.

This hotel is a great place to stay.

Riverside is our favorite resort at WDW but is not for those who do not like to do a lot of walking, because of its vast size. The landscaping is beautiful, the pools are amazing, and the restaurant is great.

Port Orleans Riverside is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and this was our seventh time staying at Riverside. Cast members are helpful and courteous; it's clean and has plenty of activities for the whole family.

I had nothing but a positive experience. The hotel, the staff, housekeeping, rooms, pools, restaurants, service -- all were excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and a pleasure to stay. There is no need for any rental cars and transportation is superb.

Our Walt Disney World Hotel was as wonderful as ever. The location, service, cleanliness and friendly employees made it a great trip. Everyone should take a trip to Disneyworld if they get a chance.
