The rooms were not in the best location, but we failed to specify. The comfort and the service were excellent. The waterfront rooms are worth requesting.

We absolutely loved this resort. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and maintained. The size of the room and the amenities was very adequate. My husband and son absolutely enjoyed the pool, especially the slide. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very tasty that even my six year old liked it. The ferry to Downtown Disney was spectacular and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay in this world. I love everything about it, the location, the rooms, the layout, the food court. If I could, I would live there!

I was very pleased with the Port Orleans Riverside resort. The location of our rooms was perfect. It was a short walk to the food court and across from the pool. The grounds were beautiful. The food court food was what one would expect from a food court. The restaurant food was good but the menu was limited. I enjoyed the lounge area with entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. The pool was heated and well lit. I had breakfast at Boatwrights and was very happy with the service and food.

Our family once again enjoyed the magic of the Disney experience. There was something to do for all members of our party, from age three to fifty-four. The accommodations, service, and overall properties were top quality. The only negative we noticed was that the sheer size of the resort placed parking quite a ways from our room. Perhaps this was a feature of the standard room versus a preferred room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We arrived prior to the check-in time, but we were given all of the information, tickets, and room cards at the front desk and a number to call for room assignment later that day. That enabled us to go to the theme parks immediately. The check-in information provided a wealth of information regarding what was happening during our stay.

The resort is beautiful and my kids loved the pool. They have a nice kiddie pool for the little ones also. The food court was great and offered something for everyone. The room was clean and our housekeeper left us cute little animals made out of washcloths. We had a great stay!

Disney's cast members were fabulous, as always. As a season pass holder, I have visited Disney well over a hundred times and I am always pleasantly surprised by the unexpected touches by the employees that make each visit special, even when just visiting for an hour or two!

This hotel made me feel important: The personalized service by most cast members is always amazing. Weather waiting in line, walking around or just in guest services unrequested wishes are constantly granted. It's like living in one of their commercials.

I have stayed there several times in the past and I have had stays with problems and stays without problems. I would not hesitate to go back. It is a beautiful resort, and it is Disney World!

We traveled in a party of four middle-aged adults, and we all agree that this resort at Disney World is the place to stay. The rooms were cleaned properly each and every day and the staff was amazing. No problems here for us. One member of our party of four was disabled and the staff helped us obtain everything we wanted to make our stay extra easy and comfortable.

I like staying on property at Disney, the service and the employee attitude are usually outstanding. For this stay, our room appeared as if it had not been properly serviced after the previous guest. This was unusual, but it took several hours and another phone call for the problem to be resolved. Overall, I would recommend staying on property if at all possible. Whatever the extra cost, it is more than worth it.

I thought the room was of a great size. I loved the rustic feel of it. I would stay there again.

I just returned yesterday from a week at the Port Orleans Riverside. Our housekeeper was very attentive and our room very clean. We loved the hotel's southern plantation theme. Food at the food court was good, though pricey, but it was all covered on the meal plan. Our only complaint would be the Disney bus service, which tended to be very crowded, especially at park opening and closing times.

I was very surprised. The hotel was wonderful and the food beyond my expectations. I felt perfectly safe everywhere I went, whether in the parks or around my hotel. It was the best experience of my life.
