Where do I begin...
1) Crib was requested upon booking online AND a follow-up phone call to the resort a few days prior to arrival date to make sure we get a crib. We were assured a crib would be in our room upon check-in....of course no crib. We called numerous times to the front desk and were told the same thing over and over that one is on it's way. We didn't get our crib until past 1:30 in the morning. And when we finally got a crib, it was so filthy that we decided not to put our baby in it.
2) We traveled from Calif. with two kids (one baby) and was up at 3 a.m. to make our 7 am flight...to make a long story short it was a long day. We didn't get in the resort until about 8pm. We were told our luggage would be in our room 2-3 hours after arrival time. Midnight rolled in and still no luggage. Well, to make things worse, front desk does not answer the phone past midnight, unless someone happens to walk on by or be there at the moment. Not to exaggerate, we did NOT get our luggage until 2:20 AM. And to make it even more interesting...they didn't get ALL our luggage at the airport. We were missing one.
3) HAIR on the "clean towels" and they were moist and musty
4) Blood spot on the comforter
5) Latch on the refrigerator door was broken so when I opened it to put our baby food in, the door fell on my foot. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen!
6) Sure your luggage is dropped off for you when you arrive, but THE RESORT DOES NOT HELP YOU BRING YOUR LUGGAGE OUT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. They don't even have a cart to make life easier for their guest. Our room was the furthest away from the front desk (bldg 7) and it was a real struggle for my husband and I to pull all of our luggage and carry-ons plus a stroller to the front desk!
The first 24hours of our vacation was so stressful that I wished we were back home. I will never stay at this resort EVER even if it was for free. THE SERVICE AND ROOM QUALITY OF THIS RESORT IS EQUIVALENT TO A MOTEL 6!
