The cafeteria area needs to be expanded to meet the needs of all the hotel rooms that use the facility.

It's a great value. The theme of the hotel was cool and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend Pop Century for a reasonable priced resort at WDW.

The staff was excellent. Our room did not have a coffee pot as expected, however the cast member at the front desk went out of his way to arrange for one. Disney transportation between the Pop Century and the parks leaves a lot to be desired.

We love to stay at Disney's Pop Century Hotel because it is priced right, the service is great; we have stayed there about 5 times this year. The people are great too. The food court is centrally located to all five buildings that are in this complex. The rooms are clean and all the people are polite and try to accommodate you in every way. That is the Disney Way!

The price was right and offered free shuttles to/from airport as well as the parks. There were several pools and our room was located near two pools and the main building. It was very clean and the staff went out of their way.
