I love this resort for the pools, the restaurants, the staff, the shops and the great price.

This hotel made me feel hip: The decorations and the pools made me feel hip.

It was beautiful and one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Our stay was great. The rooms were cute and clean. The pillows were not very comfortable (too soft). That is about the only complaint I have: the pillows were too soft.

We felt that Disney was taking short cuts on this trip. Housekeeping was sorely lacking, the front desk staff was uninformed, among other issues. We also did not like to see the 'magic' happening during the day, instead of at night as has always been Disney's way of doing things.

I loved the hotel because of the atmosphere. The place was nice. The restaurant was large and had many items to choose from. I felt safe and the kids had fun.

Service was very nice. The food was delicious.

I liked the wonderful scenery and the great staff.

I have stayed at several other resort hotels at Disney and have always been satisfied with the accommodations and service.

This hotel is a wonderful place to vacation. We go at least twice a year.

The convenience of the hotel was wonderful and the staff was great! We would travel here again and recommend it to others!

The price was right, but I think they could do better for the value. Everything you could want - food, gifts - was right there. Most of the cast members were polite. Don't settle for one answer to a question; if you are not sure, ask someone else, cast members do not know everything.

This is a great place to stay for a low price. They have excellent bus service to all Disney attractions. The food court has a wide selection and the food is tasty.

The stay at the hotel was very good and I would suggest that they don't change a thing.

I liked the hotel's location. But I disliked the fact that ticket prices are high.

This hotel was excellently located and included all the amenities of the Disney Resorts. Excellent attention to detail and top notch service made our stay a wonderful experience. It's highly recommended even over the 'All-Star' resorts.

It was a very fun place to stay, but I was disappointed with the concierge. I was given wrong information more than once. The restaurant was better than I thought it would be. The gift shop was well-stocked and the people were very friendly. Transportation was quick and the drivers were courteous. The room was a bit smaller than I thought but was very clean and cleaned very well every day. Room service was much faster than I thought it would be and the pizza was a good deal.

I liked the different eras each section of the resort had, with each section having a different pool in the center of the group of room buildings. The rooms were a tad small and cramped, but you don't go to Disney for the hotel stay. Room service was okay, but the food court was the best way to satisfy one's hunger. I advise others not to use the hotel's gift shop to buy souvenirs. There are many other places with more of a variety to choose from elsewhere in Disney World.

I didn't like that it was so far away and we always had to wait 15-20 minutes for a bus. I liked the refillable cups. I didn't like that my room was on the other side of the bus stop and restaurant. I had to walk ten minutes to get a drink, then walk back to the room to leave my cup, then walk back to get on a bus. Can they make cup lockers near the bus stop? I'd be wiling to pay a quarter to not have to lug the cup around!

The location of the Walt Disney Pop Century Resort is wonderful -- with a beautiful view of fireworks and other Disney locations. However, take into consideration that this is a huge resort property and the number of guests staying at this resort at one time can be overwhelming. My advice is that unless additional space can be made at the Pop Century Resort for more guest check-in and space at the eating area, consider staying at one of the other value resorts for the same price. There is not enough of a 'Disney theme' to feel as if you are on Disney property.

We had an extremely inefficient check in clerk. It was late, we were tired. He was slow and acted as if the friend we brought with us was a problem just because we registered both rooms in our name and paid for them at one time to make it easier. I've never seen a clerk less efficient. Everything else was pleasant, even the other staff members.
