This was a very nice, family oriented resort and we really enjoyed our stay. The food center and gift shop were great with great selections. The employees were all nice and helpful. The only drawback was that some employees couldn't assist because they couldn't speak clear English or understand what we needed exactly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I enjoyed the friendliness of everyone who works there that we happened to come across, always a friendly smile and hello even if they spoke little English.

It's great for large families. They have all the conveniences of home. They cater to the food preferences of all.

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and well kept up.

This hotel made me feel content: The cast members go out of their way to make me and my family feel important.

I like to use the Disney buses.

There was a home-like feel to the room. It was far away from the main lobby, quite a walk. Other room attendants made animals out of towels for decoration, ours didn't and that was disappointing since we stayed for four days and thought that would happen to us also.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They prepared us for the day by giving us a lot of info so that we knew what was going on. They were all very pleasant. Things were well organized.

The hotel is good value for the price. The cafeteria style food is very good. They offer the same Disney quality of service for a family style resort.

It had comfortable beds and nice bathroom facilities. The bus service to the parks was good.

Transportation to the parks wait is too long. Their food is terrible, and the pool area is noisy until 2 or 3 am, and the staff is not friendly.

The place is too spread out, I had to walk a quarter of a mile with two small children to catch the bus.

I loved this hotel. It's very nice and spacious. I just wish the rooms were decorated in more of a theme like the rest of the resort.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The theme and the attitude was very fun and taking pictures with all the displays was very nice. The hotel bar was very fun also.

Best of all Disney value resorts.

The theme was great. The rooms were adequate for a value resort. The walkways were dangerous because of a small drop off on the edges, it was easy to sprain an ankle or fall down especially when passing another group of people. The cobblestones were attractive but not comfortable to walk on and extremely difficult to pull luggage over. The hotel was too large because it took too long to walk to the restaurant or guest services or the long area of bus stops. The bus stops were not shaded and waiting for buses was too long and too hot. I was extremely disappointed that I could not take advantage of the free meal package because we were with a large group. I had problems with my key card and needed to get it replaced several times. The parks were great fun and, as always, beautiful. If this would have been my first trip to Walt Disney World, I probably would never return.

It was very nice and affordable for an on property location. There were many rooms with a great ambiance.

We got exactly what was promised. I will stay there again.

I loved our vacation to Walt Disney World last summer and hope to be able to afford to go again soon. Everything was beautiful, clean, and in very good order, as well as very good staff interaction. The only downside for us is that, living in New England, airfare makes a more regular visit very expensive. As airfares hopefully go down again, we can start planning our return trip.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The very friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere really aided in our comfort. We were so excited to get to Walt Disney World and were happy that the staff was waiting as we departed from the plane and guided us to our transportation and stayed throughout the process. We were in the Magic Kingdom within one hour of arriving because we were able to check in while our bags went directly to our rooms. The same was true for our return trip home.

We loved the hotel after we were upgraded. We were originally placed in a smelly smoking room after we had requested non-smoking. We have two small children and we would have all smelled like smoke and had headaches if we had not been able to change rooms. The manager was wonderful and took care of us and we had a wonderful week after that. But check-in was a long ordeal.

It was very convenient to get to the parks. The kids loved the large pools. The restaurant variety was good, but the lines were too slow, both the food and cashier lines. It was too far a walk from the parking lot to the room, transport would be nice.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The room was a standard motel room, but all exterior venues and architecture was special, from the lobby to the pools. We saw a few characters, which surprised us.

Disney is the best. My wife and I go there every year.

My family and I have stayed at the Pop Century five times. We have been very happy with the staff and the rooms.

It is a very nice hotel for the price.
