The hotel was an excellent value for the money. The room was a little small for a family of four, however we only used the room to sleep. We were gone most of the day so it was not bad.

It was my first stay at an economy resort and I would stay again. The check in staff honored my request for a quiet room location. Disney transportation worked well as I didn't rent a car this trip. There was only the food court at the hotel but I did the Disney Dining plan which worked extremely well.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was picked up at the airport by a Disney bus and dropped off at the resort. The bags were delivered to my room from the airport. The check in staff honored a request for a quiet room location. I had the typical Disney high quality experience, even when at their economy resort, where in the past I had stayed at a deluxe and home away from home resort.

It is convenient to Disney parks and it has a good resort restaurant.

I loved it here, you really can't go wrong when you stay with Disney. It's great for people who are on a budget and want to stay at Walt Disney World. It's a real fun place to stay. The rooms are not huge, but who spends a lot of time in your room at Walt Disney World? The food court has good food, the people there are friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean, friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were at Disneyworld with a young nephew, who thought the hotel was very cool. He loved the pool, especially, and the game room. It was exciting for us to see him having so much fun.

It was a family week and the people were polite, the motel was well maintained and the service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We had checked in early however our rooms were ready for both families. We needed an additional bed and it was all set up. We enjoyed the stay.

We absolutely loved the Pop Century Resort. We never had a problem, even though it was so big and we went during July Fourth week. The food court was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel content: I went with my family and it was everything I wanted it to be for the first time for my daughters. They were very excited and it was wonderful for them.

I liked the theme, the food, the proximity to all parks. I disliked standing in lines, the luggage service to the room, the noise and I thought the gift shop and the food court should have been bigger.

It was a good value for the price paid. I expected the preferred location room to be better situated and with a better view. The on site cafeteria is great, especially buying the glass once and get free refills during your stay. Disney does vacations well.

This hotel was wonderful! It takes you back in time to different decades allowing you to see how things use to be right up to present day.

I absolutely love Disney World hotels. They cater to your every need and make your stay a pleasant one.

The location and the scenery were beautiful especially at night. The maid would make Mickey Mouse faces out of the towels, which the children really enjoyed. The dining area was too crowded and the prices appeared high. I would highly recommend staying at any Disney hotels especially if you have children.

It was a good value for the money. It made the vacation trip easy and no rental car was necessary due to Magical Express from MCO to Pop Century, and Disney transportation between resorts, theme parks and Downtown Disney.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check in was fast and easy, even though there were thousands of rooms. The bags were delivered directly from the airport to the room, with no need to retrieve the bag from the airport.

In general I was satisfied with my stay and the overall amenities of the room and the hotel area. I felt like they did not have enough staff at check in time. However, the transportation services were not up to my expectations as they did not run as often as needed and there were not enough buses. I have stayed at Disney before and previously experienced better transportation services. The next time I go we will stay in a moderate resort as opposed to the value resort. The majority of people seem to stay there for the value, but the resort in general does not do a good job of compensating for the traffic.

The staff was all very friendly and nice. They really tried to make our stay a memorable one and it was a wonderful week. It was larger than life!

This hotel made me feel practical: They had nice rooms that were adequate and had radio alarms by the bed so that you could set it for the time you wanted to get up. It also had a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner in the room at no extra charge.

I have stayed there twenty times since they opened over two years ago. It is an exceptional place to stay when enjoying Disneyworld or the Orlando area.

We really enjoyed this trip. We did the food inclusive program and would do this again in a minute. You get so many choices.

We had a wonderful time. The resort was lovely and everyone was nice. We appreciated the shuttle service to all of Disney World's attractions. I would recommend it to a friend, although the on location restaurant was a little expensive.

This was a great hotel for a family with young children. The atmosphere was spectacular. The kids loved it. They have a great food court area and pools.
