I love this hotel. I always feel like I am staying at an expensive resort, even though I am staying at the value hotel. The bus service is great, and very convenient. The hotel is clean and beautifully kept. I love the giant characters. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. The price is terrific.

It is the best value in lodging with frequent convenient transportation to all the parks. It has decent cafeteria style food. It has good pools and entertainment for the kids, making it a one stop park the car till you leave destination.

The cleaning staff was a bit overzealous, unwilling to come back when we asked. The food was awful. We thought it was the cheapest, then found out that we could have stayed at the Swan or Dolphin, which are much nicer, for the same price.

The hotel had many amenities that were great including the multiple pools, nice counter service restaurant, and usual Disney flair. The only downside was a very long walk from the main building, with the restaurant, bus stops, etc. to our room.

The location of the room was a bit far from the main building, but overall the location was excellent. The park shuttle buses were great. The airport Disney shuttle and luggage service was excellent.

My luggage did not arrive as promised and I was not given a comp for my aggravation.

The rooms were very comfortable and well taken care of. The kid's menus were limited to very few choices on the family dining plan. Overall our stay was good, but there is a need for more buses coming out of the parks.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was a great pool area and very clean laundry facilities for our use. The restaurant area was open later in the evening and employees were very helpful when asked questions.

One of the features of staying at a hotel on Disney property is that they take your luggage to the airport for you and check you in. The hotel staff said our bus driver would take care of it, but when we arrived at the airport our bus driver said we should have left our bags at the hotel. We were unable to use this service, which we were very much looking forward to.

We were traveling as a group and had three rooms reserved by one person. She had asked at reservation time that all three rooms be keyed the same so that any of us could go back and pick up things we had forgotten, etc. The hotel staff insisted that they couldn't do this even though the person making the request paid for all three rooms and Disney staff had had no problem with the same request on previous visits. This created a lot of inconvenience with us constantly having to exchange keycards depending who was running what errand.

The hotel and hotel service were amazing during our stay. There was a mix-up with the rooms because we decided to stay an extra night, but it all worked out. I highly recommend any Walt Disney hotel for anyone visiting the area. Only visit Disney World in the spring or winter, it's too hot in the summer.

This hotel made me feel important: If I had any requests, there were eager to please and very polite. They were ready and available for any questions or requests.

You could hear the people in the next room which was a downfall. The pool was open until ten p.m. or later where as the other hotels close around six p.m. The food court is just what it is, cafeteria style. The food wasn't bad for a food court type atmosphere. I would stay there again.

The location was very convenient and the hotel was very adequate for the price we paid. It was definitely up to Disney standards and I would stay there again.

For the price, I thought this hotel was wonderful. My children loved the giant icons and the pools were great. The food wasn't that bad. My ten-year-old daughter told me she doesn't want to stay anywhere else. She loved it. I would definitely stay there again. The beds weren't that great, but for a value hotel that's to be expected.

It was a fun hotel to stay at, especially for kids, since its Disney. We did have to have luggage brought it from another airport and Disney took care of it all. I thought it was a wonderful place to stay!
