Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa - Page 2

I thought it was geared more for adults, it was very beautifully decorated, they spoiled you, but it was a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Due to hurricane warnings we checked out one day early. The hotel refused to refund the cost of lodging for the night we did not stay. No other hotel in the world has ever done this to me before.

Everything is terrific. If possible, try to stay in a concierge level guest room.

The Grand Floridian was the most romantic, luxurious, and beautiful resort I have ever stayed in. It's an excellent choice for a honeymoon. We simply loved it and won't stay anywhere else when we return for our anniversary.

This hotel made me feel excited: They greeted us at the airport. They took care of everything from claiming our baggage to delivering it to our room at the resort. All we had to think about was which theme park we were going to go to first.

The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and the restaurants are top-notch. Our first room had no water, then no hot water. The second room was excellent, but sound checks did not allow us any sleep the second night!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Grand Floridian. A hotel that is the most expensive is expected to have top-notch service. This hotel was a major disappointment in my opinion.

It's a highly upscale hotel, a delightful place.

The Grand Floridian is a great beautiful hotel. The only problem was that the maids did not do their job properly. Because of this problem, Disney sent us two free days for each member in our party. Though the staff had problems, it was fixed by the amazing customer service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Disney Parks are always great with their guests. The shows, rides, and cast members make every trip there special and meaningful.

The grounds are immaculate, the staff polite and helpful. It is like stepping back in time, yet with all of the modern ammenities. Transportation via monorail to Magic Kingdom and Epcot is quite a treat, and the bus service to the MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom are efficient as well.
